My love and intrigue for human beings began at a very young age. I was a child always ready to help or support someone around me. I am known to be a great listener and an honest adviser.
The opportunity to work within employment firms allowed me to confirm that I wanted to be an HR in my professional life: helping people find work, responding to business needs, making a difference in the lives of people at the professional level which usually has a positive impact on the quality of their lives in general.
Holder of a Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and a member of the Ordre des Conseillers en ressources humaines Agréés, I chose to invest 12 years within the Jean Coutu Group as a human resources consultant for several pharmacies in Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario. I have 26 years of experience in human resources in various industries: engineering, retail, biopharmaceuticals, etc.
I have known the Gaspé all my life; my grandfather was from Caplan. In 2021, I decided to settle in Gaspésie to stay there. My desire is to get closer to my family, nature and people with the values of mutual aid and collaboration. So I chose to start my business as an HR consultant to serve several companies that will need my experience and expertise.
